All orders are shipped via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order and 3 to 5 business days for delivery after dispatch. You’ll get a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

We hope you love your Primarie purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return you order we will happily exchange or provide a credit note if the items are unused and still in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order, along with your original invoice.
Sale items are not eligible to return unless faulty, so please choose carefully.
Please reach out at email@example.com with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange. You'll be responsible for shipping costs unless the garment is deemed faulty prior to return.
Primarie is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – we'd recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
